  • Tablet or supplement data as entered by the user, caregiver interactions, analytics, and beta feedback.

Location Data

  • Location information only if enabled by the user or application permissions.

Payment Information

  • Payment information is processed securely by third‑party payment providers. LiviPod™ does not store full payment card details.

Communications

  • Customer support communications, emails, and in‑app messages.

De‑identified or Aggregated Data

  • Information stripped of personal identifiers and combined with other data for analysis or commercial use.

  • Health outcomes or medical decisions

  • Caregiver actions or inactions

  • Data loss, service interruptions, or security incidents

Use of the system is at your own discretion and responsibility.

10. Security Incidents

If we experience a security incident affecting personal information, we will notify affected users as required by applicable law and take reasonable steps to mitigate the impact.

Such notification does not constitute an admission of liability.

11. Modifications & Re‑Consent

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If material changes are made, we may provide notice through the application, website, or email.

Certain changes may require renewed acceptance within the application before continued use of the service.

Continued use of LiviPod™ services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.

SMS Messaging Disclosure

We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your Personal Data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
